In March 2006, Arcadia was purchased by Farahead Holdings Ltd. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Farahead Holdings Ltd. Arcadia and Farahead are part of a group of companies which include Frontline Ltd, Smedvig asa, SeaDrill Ltd and Golar LNG Ltd.
